Doubletree By Hilton Austin Hotel

Pillows and blankets are awesome. Staff was super friendly.

Had hair in my bath tub but I looked that over. Then there was a Huge flying cockroach in my room at 11:00 at night! Had to immediately switch rooms as I am terified of those nasty things.

Our room wasn't cleaned on Saturday when we returned after a long day it was disappointing to return to an uncleaned room. I called to get clean towels and promptly received them. However it would have been nice to return to a clean room.

Staff was the BEST. Could not ask for better service, despite having issue checking in, the staff worked very hard to correct the issue and make sure we were pleased.

Property is very dated, pictures on the website are very misleading. Hotel feels very old and not as clean as I would expect for a Hilton property.

The staff were super cute, and the warm cookies at check-in were a nice touch. The room was spacious.

Staff was amazing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Love papsitos next door and the little path leading to it!

There was a beeping/ringing/whistling sound(maybe a pipe) making noise the entire time. It was faint but loud enough to annoy. Room #454

The hotel location is very bad, coming in and going out of the hotel is very hard to get on the main street.

The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff was efficient, quickly assisting with check-in and answering my queries about local dining options. I particularly appreciated the convenient business center, which allowed me to print necessary documents without any hassle.

Parking fee was an added expense.

The room was large and comfortable. We especially appreciated the warm welcome from a staff member wearing a rainbow pin. The location was convenient and the facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Clean, neat, great views of Austin , ease to get too coming from Houston, Customer service was very courteous and efficient.

Easy to get to, convenient to UT, nice room, good view.

The price

Nice spacious rooms with really comfy beds. The hallway was dirty and had a weird smell. Enjoyed the live sport events at the bar and the warm cookies at check-in were a great touch.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was large and bed was comfortable.

I thought this was the location closest to the UT campus. I would encourage people to look closely at the address in relation to UT if you are going to Austin for an event on campus. This location was not far, but with rush hour traffic, it was not as easy to get to this hotel as the Double Tree closer to the UT campus.

The lobby's southwestern-style decor created a warm ambiance, and the accessibility features. The staff was attentive and cute.
